Pak Mail has been a member of the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) since 1999.

Cheryl Kostopoulos, President of Pak Mail, served as Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Franchise Association for two consecutive terms, has served on numerous committees and is a past member of the Board of Directors, having served for eight years; one of the longest serving directors in the CFA.

Cheryl also served as chairman of the CFA “Award of Excellence in Franchising” committee from its inception in 1992 until 2011 and continues to participate as a committee member.

George Kostopoulos, vice-president of Pak Mail, is a past director of the Canadian Franchise Association, having also served on numerous committees.  George has been a featured speaker at many franchise-related events and seminars, speaking to both franchisees and franchisors on topics such as Ethical Franchising, Selecting the Right Franchise, The Franchise Advantage, and more. He has also published a number of articles and has been quoted in various publications.

Pak Mail is a member of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB).
